Administrative Department

Accounting
Department Manager:
Manages all accounting activities and also a
member of the company's leadership team. Department managers assume

Department Supervisor:
Generally supervises staff of one or more
functional areas in the accounting department.
Accounting Clerk:
Performs clerical processing of Accounts
Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and other accounting
processes.
Purchasing:
People responsible for purchasing use their
expertise to secure the best product at the best possible price.
They also work with sales and production staff in various
departments to ensure availability of desired products through
proper forecasting, sourcing and inventory management.

Employment and Recruiting:

involved with all aspects of recruitment, screening and selection.
They also assume responsibilities for the varied programs and
benefits available to current employees, including benefits,
incentive programs and employee relations.
Trainer:
Defines, develops and delivers outstanding
training programs to all employees to ensure future growth and
development. Provide training opportunities through our own internal
resources as well as forming partnerships with other industry and
training professionals.
