Hermes Traditions: Is
an in depth orientation program in which every new employee learns
about Hermes; our history, our mission, our service values, our
culture, our expectations, our people and your opportunities.
40 Weeks of Training: Technical-training
sessions held weekly in each of our divisions primarily for field
staff. This is where technical skills and knowledge is fine-tuned
and employees learn the Hermes standard of excellence.
Pathways: A program to
identify a select group of employees who have displayed the skill,
capacity and work habits that indicate they are the future leaders
of our company. On a regular basis employees are nominated by supervisors
and reviewed by a selection committee to participate in this fast
track career development program.
Masters Program: Become
an in house specialist on any company service or product line. Individualized
training plans are developed to support an employee's desire to
study and learn about one particular subject matter. Employees with
specialist training are able to serve as a resource for the entire
company when faced with challenging situations.
