Hermes Landscaping was founded in 1965 and we’re thankful to be celebrating over 50 years in business in the greater Kansas City area.
What is the culture like?

How many locations do you have?
We have two locations.
– The Sales & Management Headquarters is located in Lenexa, off of 87th St. Parkway near I35 and our River Farm Production Headquarters is located of off of Interstate 435 and Holiday Drive in Shawnee, Kansas.

What are normal business hours?
Hermes Landscaping operates during normal business hours from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours as needed.
What is the dress code?
We have a business casual dress code in the office throughout the week and a causal dress code on Friday.

What holidays do you observe?
We honor all major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day) and even offer employees a floating holiday to observe an additional day off during the year.
What should I expect from my supervisor?
You should expect your supervisor to be an excellent coach, champion and leader. Your supervisor is there to provide guidance and support to you and answer any questions you have. Their goal is to help you transition into your new position with confidence and sustain a healthy culture within your team.
